Kathryn Schleich, the Author of “Missing Pieces” has written an intriguing mystery, suspenseful and thrilling novel. The motivating factor in developing this book is the author’s own episode of TGA, Transient Global Amnesia. The author vividly describes her dramatic characters as complex and complicated. Attorney Madelyn Cummins has stress in her life and experiences TGA. There is one significant case that she is handling that appears to be more significant than she realizes. With the encouragement and support of some other women characters, Madelyn investigates a dangerous, intense mystery, while trying to discover the missing pieces of her life from TGA. I appreciate how the author portrays strong women that are intent on task, and searching for answers. This is an easy and fast moving read that I recommend.
