In 2005, Zoe Finch is a best selling author of one book, and has to write a second. She uses another name and goes to a writer’s conference. At the conference she meets some intriguing people. Zoe is having nightmares, and wakes up to find notes written asking for help. She realizes that she in in Room 120 in the Moana Hotel, which is the same room that Jane Stanford was in. Zoe starts investigating the death of Jane. As Zoe embarks on this dangerous journey, secrets and betrayals of the past emerge.
