Isla acts as a journalist to get information about the very successful father, Victor Corrigan, the head of a huge company. It is a bumpy and edgy road to discovery that Isla is on to seek the truth. Is Eden really who she said she was?
This is a story where I was sitting at the edge of my seat, and biting my nails. I was waiting for the unthinkable to happen. The Corrigan family is toxic and unpleasant. Isla should sleep with one eye open. I was truly surprised by the challenges presented and the climatic ending of the story. I highly recommend this suspenseful, memorable and thought-provoking novel.
