MY REVIEW OF “ANGELS & VIXENS” by Kim Peterson
“Angels and Vixens” by Kim Peterson is the second book to follow “Millie’s Angel” I think that it is helpful to read the first book to understand what is going on. The genres for this book are Fantasy and Adult Fiction. The timeline for this story is in the present, with references to the past for clarification of the characters or events.
The author describes her characters as good and evil, “Angels” and “Devils” Some of the other characters are complex and complicate. There are shape-shifting snakes, witches and some other colorful and quirky characters. Some of the children are able to explain who is evil.
Millie who has angelic traits and lives with her daughter, has a feeling that Ace, her brother is battling demons, and is plotting revenge against her. Millie has faith and believes in good.
In this fantasy between good and evil, there are many twists and turns. The author describes the importance of family, friends, love, hope and faith. I would recommend this books for readers who enjoy the fantasy genre, I received a copy of this ARC for my honest review. This was a very fast reader, and had some really intriguing moments .Be warned there are some horrific scenes!
