Liv Constantine (Sisters Liv Constantine and Valerie Constantine, Authors of “The Stranger in the Mirror” have written an electrifying, intense, edgy, psychological suspenseful thriller. The Genres for this novel are Thriller, Psychological Thriller, Mystery and Suspense and Fiction. This is one chilling thriller that keeps on thrilling. I read this in one sitting and was captivated and mesmerized by the authors’ vivid descriptions and storytelling. The timeline for this story is set in the authors present and goes to the past when it pertains to the characters or events in the story. The authors describe the dramatic and dark characters as complex, complicated, and confused. Be very aware there are sociopathic or psychopathic characters, and there are betrayals, gaslighting, intense suspense, danger, and twists and turns.
Addison has a wonderful fiancé and a few caring friends and yet is ambivalent about the wedding. Addison has been very happy the last two years of her life, but before that is a total blank. It seems that Addison has amnesia, and was rescued by one of her current friends two years before. On occasion, she gets a flashback, that is terrifying. The groom’s mother is slightly wary, because she fears that Addison may have another life somewhere.
At the same time Julian, a prominent psychiatrist is raising his young daughter and wondering what has happened to his beloved wife, Cassandra, who has been missing for two years.
If these two storylines connect, can you imagine what can happen? If you have read Lyn Constantine’s novels before, you know you are in for a rollercoaster of a ride. I challenge you to read “The Stranger in the Mirror”, and see if you can guess what will happen. I highly recommend this amazing novel to other readers!
