Beth C. Greenberg, the author of “The Quest For Psyche” has written a witty and intriguing novel. This is the fourth of “The Cupid’s Fall Series” but can be read as a stand alone. The genres for this novel are fiction and romance. The author provides a satirical approach to the story of “Cupid and Psyche” in Mythology. The author describes her characters as complex, complicated, quirky and dysfunctional.

Cupid, “Q” or the “God of Love” has been sent to Earth by his parents as a punishment that involves his heart. Easily defeated and frustrated his best friend and “handler” Pan, reasons with Q to get therapy. Of course, it must be discreetly handled. Cupid is frustrated and depressed. The therapist that Cupid is sent to might just be just what is needed literally and figuratively. Actually, there is a possibility that it is Cupid’s one true love. As the Gods above view the situation, his mother is quite conflicted with his choice. Will Cupid finally get his own chance of love? I would highly recommend this entertaining and witty book for others to enjoy.
