There is so much common sense, and I love that everything discussed is written in such a positive and reflecting way. For example, suggestions of breathing, kindness, doing, and personal growth and so much more are discussed.
I personally like that I can go back to a specific date to get a boost for reflecting and looking at life in such a positive way. I would recommend this book for other readers.
