OMG! J.T. Ellison, the Author of “You Know Why” has written a chilling thriller that is captivating, intense, and powerful. The Genres for this well written and frightening novel are: Conspiracy Thriller, Women Sleuths, Domestic Thrillers, Sisters, Thriller, Psychological Thriller, Mystery, Suspense, and Fiction. In this gripping, nail biting, hard to put down book, there are secrets, betrayals, twists and turns, unexpected plots, revenge, espionage, gaslighting, danger, brutal attacks and murder. J.T. Ellison has outdone herself with this book, and vividly describes the scenery, landscape, plot/s, and the dramatic, dark, complex, complicated, toxic characters. The author’s descriptions of two sets of sisters and each set’s relationships are hard to digest. Each one of the characters is suspicious.

Brooklyn Locke, is headed to Italy with her husband Trey, and their two children for a vacation. A woman at the airport calls out to Trey, a different name, and claims she knows him from High School. Their flight has a change of route, and Trey uses the bathroom, and then disappears. He tells his wife to board the plane with his children. Brooklyn pulls her children off the plane, and searches for her missing husband. She encounters the woman, Eden Barrow, who tells Brooklyn that she is the sister of “Trey’s” first wife, who was murdered, ten years ago. Eden tells Brooklyn that Trey is a suspect. Brooklyn is devastated and runs from the house, has a tragic accident, and is left fighting for her life. Eden watches Brooklyn’s children, and Brooklyn’s sister arrives to help.

Who exactly is Trey? Why is there so much violence and tragedy among the characters? What is the motivation and who is responsible for these criminal acts? I highly recommend this thought-provoking, and exhilarating thriller.
